A cookbook?
Would you have any interest in a Memorie di Angelina cookbook? I'd like to know.

You’ll remember a while back I asked for your feedback on possible premium content on Substack. Thanks again for all your very useful answers!
Although I wasn’t asking at the time—as I’ve always liked to think of our website as a kind of online cookbook—quite a few subscribers indicated they’d be interested in seeing an actual Memorie di Angelina cookbook. And this is something I’d heard from readers before. While the basic content (mostly) already exists, publishing a cookbook is no small matter, whether I go through a publisher or self-publish.
So before launching into that project, I wanted to gauge the interest a little bit more scientifically. If you had a few moments, I’d be appreciative if you could let me know:
In terms of cost, that’s something that the publisher would set, unless I opt to self-publish. That said, I understand authors can at least advocate for a price. So just to get an idea of your preference:

I would like to buy it. I’ve often hoped you would do a cookbook. I hope you will include the long instructions where you give real step-by-step.
It is common to have a bundle price for buying both the ebook and the printed one. I would consider that in your plan.
